Coordinated by Haldimand &amp; Norfolk Women&#39;s Services, this unique weekend camp experience fosters a safe, supportive space for girls to build confidence, learn about healthy relationships, and explore their strengths. &nbsp;Campers will learn about self esteem, making the transition to grade 9, and creating connections. Held at the beautiful Tim Horton&#39;s Onondaga farms in St. George Ontario, the camp includes an overnight camping experience in heated cabins, self-defense, a high ropes course experience, yoga and more!&nbsp; Please complete this form to register a participant and share any needs or concerns. Hi, Thank you for registering for our event.&nbsp; G.I.R.L.S. Every day the girls will be involved in outdoor and indoor activities regardless of weather. We recommend weather-appropriate clothing, including a light jacket, sweaters, pants etc. Girls require closed toe shoes to be on the high ropes course. Girls are welcome to bring indoor shoes/slippers to wear inside. Campers are required to attend the entirety of the camp. If you know that you are unable to attend a day due to sporting events, school activities or for other reasons, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Your registration fee will be refunded as long as you have notified us 2 weeks prior to camp starting. If your camper is not comfortable staying overnight with us, please discuss this with a staff member. While we do encourage campers to challenge their comfort zones and take safe risks, we also do understand that there may be reasons that this is not something folks are comfortable with.
