This grief support group offers a safe, respectful space to share your story, listen to others, make new friends, weekly topics covering advanced care planning and activities to promote self care. Our Indigenous Palliative team honors Indigenous teachings and experiences alongside Western approaches to emotional and mental health. We welcome Indigenous individuals, families, and caregivers seeking support through their grief and loss. Together, we focus on grounding, connection, and practical ways to care for your spirit, mind, heart, and body. You are not alone on this journey. 🕊️
