Grocery shopping for gluten free products can feel overwhelming at times. You read the label, and you&#39;re still wondering if it&#39;s safe. Celiac Calgary wants to give you the tools to shop with confidence! At the end of our Grocery Store Tour, you will be able to navigate the aisles with the knowledge you need to make safe purchases. This program is free, but a donation of $10 would be much appreciated to help cover program costs. Participants will take part in an information session followed by a guided store tour. You will learn more about Celiac Disease and label reading before applying your knowledge in the aisles with volunteers from Celiac Calgary&#39;s Education committee. Please arrive 5 minutes before the session start time to help keep things on track. You will then take part in an information session followed by a hands-on tour of the grocery store. Our volunteers are happy to answer any questions you have so that you feel confident shopping for gluten free products by the end of the tour.
