Remise des prix 2026.  La soirée débutera par une réception de 17 h à 18 h sur le « pont arrière » (patio), où vous pourrez déguster un verre de prosecco, des cocktails sans alcool, des fromages et des bouchées. Veuillez entrer par l’escalier latéral.  Le souper sera servi vers 18 h. Après le souper, la soirée dansante commencera.  Thème : « Come Sail Away » Programme<ul><li>17 h Réception (veuillez entrer par l’escalier latéral)</li><li>18 h Souper servi (heure approximative)</li><li>Les prix seront remis tout au long de la soirée</li><li>Après le souper : soirée dansante et moment de convivialité</li></ul>Menu : Buffet d’inspiration méditerranéenne<ul><li>Prosecco, cocktails sans alcool, fromages et bouchées (servis lors de la réception)</li><li>Tarte au feuilleté aux épinards et au fromage Une pâte feuilletée croustillante garnie d’un mélange savoureux d’épinards et de fromage.</li><li>Filet de porc rôti aux herbes, accompagné d’une sauce aux champignons Un filet de porc tendre assaisonné d’herbes et servi avec une sauce savoureuse aux champignons.</li><li>Escalopes de poulet à la croûte dorée Des poitrines de poulet tendres, légèrement panées et cuites jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées.</li><li>Plateau de saumon et de basa à la méditerranéenne Saumon et basa tendre assaisonnés d’herbes méditerranéennes, de citron et d’ail.</li><li>Aubergines et légumes rôtis à la méditerranéenne Aubergines rôties accompagnées d’un mélange coloré de légumes assaisonnés.</li><li>Pommes de terre rôties aux herbes Pommes de terre rôties jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées, assaisonnées d’herbes.</li><li>Riz à la méditerranéenne Riz savoureux et bien assaisonné, servi chaud en accompagnement.</li><li>Légumes de saison grillés Une sélection colorée de légumes grillés, légèrement assaisonnés aux herbes.</li><li>Salade méditerranéenne du jardin Légumes verts frais de saison avec des tomates, du concombre et de la feta émiettée, le tout agrémenté d’une vinaigrette méditerranéenne légère.</li></ul>Veuillez noter :<ul><li>Des options sans gluten et végétariennes sont offertes sur réservation.</li><li>De l’eau sera fournie pendant le souper.
