The Air Cadet program provides young Canadians ages 12 &ndash; 18 years old the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun, challenging and rewarding activities and learn valuable life and work skills such as teamwork, leadership and citizenship.&nbsp;Program Costs: The Air Cadet Program is jointly funded by the Government of Canada, through National Defence, and by parents and guardians through the Squadron Sponsoring Committees (SCCs).
