All guests attending the event (e.g. parents of children or family members of participants, as well as general admission) are required to purchase a guest ticket. Participants who have separately paid and registered for group singing are not required to pay this fee, but their family members will be required to do so and this will be verified at the door.

This nominal guest ticket fee includes admission to all four group renditions, lunch, individual singing, and admission to the grand concert in the evening by Shri R. K. Shriramkumar and Party. The overall program format is as follows (subject to change) and is fully included in the guest ticket price:
