Through donors, stewardship, monitoring and education, Stanley Park Ecology helps support and sustain these incredible birds that have been nesting in Stanley Park for 100 years! This time of year, the herons have left their nests and are heading to their nearby winter feeding grounds, and we can reflect on the summer they've all had. Learn about this unique urban colony with Urban Wildlife Programs Coordinator Rose Wilkin who will be discussing highlights from the 2026 heron season and exploring how this year compares to previous seasons here in the Park.

PROGRAM DETAILS

*Tickets must be purchased in advance.
