This interactive FoodWise workshop (offered in English) will help you reduce food waste, save money, and build confidence in the kitchen through practical, real-life strategies.&nbsp; Learn how to decode food labels (&ldquo;Best Before&rdquo; vs. Expiry dates), use simple &ldquo;Sense Check&rdquo; techniques, plan meals on a budget, and make the most of leftovers before they go to waste. Participants will also explore cost-effective food preservation methods&mdash;including freezing, drying, and pickling&mdash;as well as fun regrowth demonstrations that show how food scraps can become something new.&nbsp; You&rsquo;ll leave with practical tools, sustainable habits, and fresh ideas to help you make choices that are better for both your wallet and the planet. Join a growing community that helped rescue more than 49,000 lbs of food last year!
