Registration Commitment:One-Part Series - Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 2:30PM - 3:30PM Location:Empowerment Studio at the Chalmers Foundation Care &amp; Support Centre located at 25 Alison Blvd, Suite 2 (entrance is at the back of the building). Available to:-Support persons to individuals with lived cancer experiences What to Bring: Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. What to Expect:Join us for a mindful experience dedicated to those who care for loved ones living with cancer. This gentle restorative yoga practice fosters resilience and cultivates a sense of ease and grounding. The sequence is designed to facilitate rest and replenishment. Support persons/caregivers are invited to bring themselves, just as they are. No prior experience with yoga is necessary, and alternatives will be offered to support participants, as needed. Come experience this nourishing self-care practice in community with fellow support persons. Cost: All offerings through Chalmers Foundation Cancer Support are free of charges to individuals with lived cancer experiences and their support persons thanks to the generous donors, supporters, and community partners of the Chalmers Foundation.
