Jesse Rosenfeld is a seasoned Middle East correspondent, currently based in Israel and Palestine. With almost two decades of on-the-ground reporting, his work has taken him to the frontlines of war, occupation, revolution, refugee crisis, coups and crackdowns across the region. He regularly writes in-depth features for Rolling Stone, The Daily Beast, The Nation and The Intercept, among other media outlets, offering a rare combination of breaking investigations, insight, and deep on the ground reporting. Jesse’s frontline journalism is also the subject of the National Film Board of Canada documentary Freelancer on the Front Lines, which explores the challenges and impact of his reporting in conflict zones. Judy Rebick is one of Canada’s best-known feminists. She was the founding publisher of <a href="http://rabble.ca/" target="_blank">rabble.ca</a> , for which she wrote an advice column, <a href="http://auntie.com/" target="_blank">auntie.com</a> and was co-host of the podcast Reel Women. She is the author of 6 books, her latest a memoir, Heroes in My Head. Judy was the first CAW Sam Gindin Chair in Social Justice and Democracy at Ryerson.
