Intentional Movements is Back! A Special Blooming Space Edition for Black Women and Black Gender-Diverse People!&nbsp; This session is free! Whether you&rsquo;re joining for the first time or returning to The Blooming Space, come as you are! The class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, build confidence, and explore the power of movement as a form of healing and protection. Date: Sunday, August 23, 2026 Time:&nbsp;12:00 PM &ndash; 1:30 PM Location: 1810 Carling Avenue, Ottawa Participants who attend the session will receive a $25 giftcard honorarium in recognition of their time and participation. What to Wear: Come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, think activewear, sweats, or anything you feel relaxed in. No special equipment is needed, but we recommend bringing a water bottle and a small towel if you&rsquo;d like.Waiver Notice: To ensure everyone&rsquo;s safety and comfort, all participants will be asked to sign a short participation waiver upon arrival. This helps us create a safe, supported environment for everyone taking part in physical activities.
