We will work towards expanding the imagined space of your physical presence. Task-based prompts are suggested and each dancer is encouraged to listen to their body regarding range, safety and comfort. Take this class sensitively and/or to challenge yourself, it’s up to you! * Please note that cancellations or credits are not possible.
