Days: Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays Dates : November 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 &amp; 26 Times:&nbsp;9:30 AM - 10:45 AM Cost:&nbsp;$25 per class Class DescriptionThese Itcush into Dance classes will introduce some of the key concepts in Itcush Method and integrate into more dynamic movement in the Small Chair exercises. Each week we will focus on one or two elements of the&nbsp;Small Chair exercises to help participants understand and explore&nbsp;within their own body. The classes will start with a few floor exercises to release and realign the body, then move into basic to intermediate level Small Chair exercises. Instructor BiographyKana Nemoto is a certified Mitzvah Technique (MT) and Itcush Method (IM) teacher. After finishing her B.Sc. in Health Science in Japan, Kana moved to Canada to fully immerse in MT and IT training. She also supplemented her training with a related M.Sc. Study in Kinesiology. Since her certification in 2014, Kana has expanded her practice in Japan, Canada and Taiwan through online and offline private sessions, classes, and workshops, and continue dedicating to helping people release their body and mind.
