You&rsquo;ll deepen your physical skills, explore consent-based partnering, and gain strategies to engage diverse movers in studios, classrooms, and community settings. 💃 Advanced Partnering focuses on the technique and aesthetic of Kaeja Elevations. The skills to be developed include: learning Kaeja Elevation techniques; increasing opportunities for momentum through anchoring, flying, gravity, and breath; accentuating the elements of Elevation techniques; and lofting through propulsion and weight transfer.
