Learn how to judge to KBCS standards for the 4 meat categories - Chicken, Ribs, Pork and Brisket in a Master Series BBQ Competition. You can also choose to take the Certified Table Captain Training which follows the Certified BBQ Judges class for an additional fee. The table captain ensures all the entries are organized and judged fairly and correctly.
