How To Use That Tool - A new workshop series at the Guelph Tool Library!

Have you ever wanted to try out a lathe, but you feel intimidated by the setup, safety, and where to get started? Join one of our members as they provide you with beginner friendly tips and the opportunity for hands on learning.

Participants in this class will learn how to safety set up and use the lathe, how to sharpen the accompanying tools, and what other items are needed for set up and cleanup. This is not a project based class. Class size is limited and pre registration is required. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

$5 for GTL members, $15 for non-members. The cost of these workshops is subsidized by our Community Benefits Agreement with the City of Guelph.
