What to Expect:This gentle restorative yoga practice fosters resilience and cultivates a sense of ease and grounding. The sequence is designed to facilitate rest and replenishment. No prior experience with yoga is necessary, and alternatives will be offered to support participants, as needed. Volunteer Leader: Kelly - Yoga Facilitator No longer able to attend?
