Hosted by Andrea Pottyondy - Whitehead Community Centre In this workshop, you will make a mixed media paper collage artwork. Andrea willlead you in making your own unique piece. You will learn what collage is,about composition, materials used and how to assemble your collage into abeautiful artwork.Workshop will finish up with a group art show and critique! What you need to bring:Please bring scissors and papers that you may want to incorporate into yourartwork. These could include magazines, old wrapping paper, newsprint,letters, postcards, pages from your diary (!), and any other paper ephemerayou wish to bring. Photographs should be photocopied.&nbsp;Don&rsquo;t forget your inner child because we are going to play! Supplies provided:Collage materialsPaper substrate to collage onCollage glue, brushes and glovesHandouts and lots of encouragementCollages are like puzzles, stories and art experiments combined! Ages 12 and up
