The renter is responsible for cleaning any mess made in the space as a result of the rental prior to leaving the building. The Langham does not provide marketing or postering for renters, however we encourage rentals to spread the word about their events in Kaslo and beyond. All property of the Renter brought into the building will be at the Renter&rsquo;s own risk.&nbsp;8.
