For anyone not familiar with Lynne Hanson, here are a few highlights from her impressive resum&eacute;: - Lynne is a master story-teller, singer-songwriter, guitarist and panel board player.&nbsp; - She is a lover and practitioner of what is often called Americana/Canadiana Folk. This is a unique blending of traditional folk, country, blues, blue grass and jazz. We believe she&rsquo;s a perfect fit for a Rasputin&rsquo;s audience. - In 2010, Lynne was the winner of the Colleen Peterson Songwriting Award. 2009 saw her nominated for a Canadian Folk Music Award in the New/Emerging Artist category. She was a New Folk Finalist at the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas in 2009 and again in 2019. - Lynne has a warm, playful and engaging stage personality honed over many years of touring across Canada, the US and the UK both solo and with such notables as Shane Simpson, Steve Forbert, Gretchen Peters and Lynn Miles.
