As a valued member of our new society, this day is our way of celebrating your generosity and deepening our connection through experience, storytelling, and community.&nbsp; 9:45 AM: Arrival &amp; Welcome&nbsp;10:00 AM &ndash; 12:00 PM: EAL Experience (Inside Arena)&nbsp;12:30 PM &ndash; 1:30 PM: Potluck Lunch &amp; Members Social&nbsp;1:30 PM &ndash; 2:30 PM: Guided Tour of the TEAD Farm&nbsp; Space is limited to Mane Support Society Members only. EAL is an unmounted (non-riding) experiential approach to building life skills such as leadership, communication, and teamwork by working with horses. No prior horse experience is needed &mdash; everyone can participate.&nbsp; Horses mirror our intentions, behaviours, and energy, offering immediate feedback in a safe, non-threatening environment. Through this process, participants gain confidence, self-awareness, and the ability to navigate challenges. &nbsp; With your participation, we hope to co-create stories, insights, and testimonials to capture the spirit of EAL and share its potential within our TEAD community (with your consent).&nbsp;
