Join us for the 11th Marche/cours pour le Haut taking place in the Canton of Hampden in 2026, a unique opportunity to come together and support our region of Haut-Saint-Fran&ccedil;ois.&nbsp; This family event has two objectives. The first is to promote physical activity, and the second is to raise funds to encourage participation in sports, physical, and cultural activities by helping families in the MRC who need financial support to pay their children&#39;s registration fees for these activities. The event offers different circuits: 1 km, 3 km, 5 km, and 10 km. Participants can walk or run on the circuit of their choice. On site, the event offers various activities for children, such as inflatable games, face painting, snacks, a canteen, and smoothie bikes. We would like to highlight the participation of Desjardins Caisse du Haut Saint-Fran&ccedil;ois, the official presenter of this 11th edition.
