MBCEA Ontario Chapter Meeting &amp; Social EventThe MBCEA Ontario Chapter is pleased to invite members and industry partners to our next chapter meeting, taking place at The Factory at 100 Kellogg Lane in London, Ontario. 📅&nbsp;Date: Thursday, November 5, 2026 🕐&nbsp;Chapter Meeting: 1:00 p.m. &ndash; 4:00 p.m. 🎳&nbsp;Member &amp; Family Social: 4:00 p.m. &ndash; 6:00 p.m. 📍 Location: The Factory, 100 Kellogg Lane, London, ON N5W 0B4 This event will bring together members of Ontario&rsquo;s metal building community for an afternoon of education, chapter updates, industry discussion and networking, followed by a relaxed social event. Featured PresentationsKeynote Presentation: EOS with Jeff JansWe are pleased to welcome Jeff Jans as our keynote speaker. Jeff will deliver a presentation on the Entrepreneurial Operating System, commonly known as EOS, and how its practical tools and processes can help organizations improve alignment, accountability, communication and overall performance. MBCEA National UpdateThe President of MBCEA National will also be joining us to provide an update on the association&rsquo;s national initiatives, priorities and activities. Scholarship PresentationsDuring the meeting, MBCEA Ontario will recognize the recipients of its 2026 scholarship program. The Ontario Chapter will be awarding:Four scholarships valued at $1,500 each Scholarships are available to eligible individuals affiliated with MBCEA Ontario member companies. Additional application and eligibility details will be shared separately. Committee and Chapter UpdatesMembers will receive updates on current initiatives, upcoming objectives and opportunities to become involved with the chapter.Updates will include:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Training and Education Committee</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">CSSBI / CISC Committee</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">AC478 Committee</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Marketing and Membership Committee</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">MBCEA Ontario Board of Directors</li></ul>Your participation and feedback are an important part of helping the chapter continue to grow and provide meaningful value to its members. Member and Family Social: 4:00 p.m. &ndash; 6:00 p.m.Following the chapter meeting, attendees are invited upstairs for two hours of networking, activities and informal socializing.MBCEA Ontario will be sponsoring:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Sports simulators</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Bowling</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Snacks</li></ul>A cash bar will also be available. Members are welcome to bring their spouses, partners and families to the social portion of the event from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Family guests do not need to attend the chapter meeting. The Factory and the surrounding 100 Kellogg Lane complex offer several additional family-friendly activities that guests may enjoy before or after the social event. Hotel AccommodationsA discounted block of rooms will be available at the Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario for attendees who wish to stay overnight.Booking instructions, rates and the reservation deadline will be provided once the room block has been finalized.
