What we are (incase you don't already know): During Outdoors Frosh, froshies go on a three-day trip where students get to be outside while making incredible bonds in a low-pressure, small-group environment. Froshies can choose between canoeing, climbing, camping or hiking trips, each led by other McGill students. All trips are beginner-friendly and welcome any skill-level! Specific information about each trip can be found both on our instagram and website! Why register: a guided introduction to Montreal and Canadian wilderness, learning new skills, life-long bonds with other students in all years, a yearlong McGill Outdoors Club membership and SO MUCH FUN!!! Cost breakdown: Outdoors Frosh is a great opportunity which does involve some more intricate planning and costs on our end! Here's a breakdown of why your ticket costs what it costs! Tickets fund:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Campsites and equipment</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Transportation to and from trip locations</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Coordinator safety training</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Leader training! Our leaders prepare for frosh by doing do a full run-through of your trip in order to ensure success!</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Yearlong McGill Outdoors Club Membership!</li></ul> Feel free to email us if you have any more questions about costs and/or anything else! For registration: Froshies can only select one trip and cannot switch trips once registered. Zeffy does allow users to select multiple trips at once. Do not do this. If we see you've registered for multiple trips we will cancel your registration for all events. Registration is first-come-first-serve.
