What to Bring:Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. What to Expect: This 90-minute session of Mind Body Restore offers a blend of body- and breath-focused practices designed to help participants reconnect with themselves in a compassionate and supportive way. The session draws on approaches that are widely used to promote relaxation and support physical and emotional well-being. The first hour includes gentle practices such as mindfulness, breath work, guided imagery, and other relaxation techniques. These practices may support the management of symptoms such as physical discomfort, emotional distress, and feelings of disconnection, while helping to ease stress, improve focus, and foster a sense of inner calm. Reiki may also be infused to offer additional support for the body, mind, and spirit. The final 30 minutes are optional and offer a relaxed space for facilitate conversation, reflection, and connection over tea and snacks.
