Apathy is Boring Ottawa RISE Cohort presents: Navigating Cis-tems - Stories of Tomorrow! Are you a youth aged 15-30? Do you love free events, free food and free prizes? Are you looking to get inspired to engage in your community? Join us for an evening of networking with local organizations, organizers and an interactive digital storytelling workshop! RISE is a 15-week, city-based program bringing groups of youth together to create a community project based on barriers they find to youth civic engagement.
