6-7pm: Arrive, mingle, eat food

7-7:30pm: Panel discussion with youth organizers

7:30-8:30pm: Facilitated digital storytelling workshop by RISE cohort members

8:30-9pm: Wrap up and thank yous!

Who is organizing this event?

Apathy is Boring is a Canadian, non-partisan, youth-led charitable organization that supports and educates youth to be active and contributing citizens in Canada’s democracy. RISE is a 15-week, city-based program bringing groups of youth together to create a community project based on barriers they find to youth civic engagement.
