&ldquo;Navigating the Holidays&rdquo; is a compassionate workshop designed to support those who may find the holiday season difficult after a loss, especially Christmas and its many family traditions. Together, we explore why these days can intensify grief emotions well before Christmas Day arrives, and offer gentle, practical strategies for moving through this time of year with patience, care, and self‑kindness. The workshop provides space to honour your loved one(s), acknowledge the roller‑coaster of emotions that arise during the holidays, and find ways to seek the Holy Spirit&rsquo;s guidance, comfort, and grounding during this season. Participants will also learn to set personal boundaries, create contingency plans, communicate with others in advance of gatherings, and when the time is right, to reflect on new rituals of remembrance during the holidays. Whether this is your first holiday after a loss or you&rsquo;ve navigated this challenging season before, you are warmly invited to join us. Cost of the event $25.00The event is offered online only.
