Hungover Cabaret is back for its fifth year! We&#39;re raising money for Project: Humanity, a local Toronto initiative empowering youth through artistic opportunities. This year, we&#39;re witnessing the unbecoming of an office holiday party. Come in your corporate worst, your HR nightmares&#39; dream outfit, or maybe just throw on a pair of funky holiday socks and call it a night. Whether it&#39;s catching the hot, hot tea by the water cooler or lingering under the mistletoe... there&#39;s something for everyone.&nbsp; When: December 14th, 2025&nbsp; Where: Cake Cabaret (627 Danforth Avenue) What: An evening of fun, performances, networking, and theatre-coded shenanigans.&nbsp; More about Hungover:&nbsp;Hungover Cabaret was first conceptualized and organized in 2020 by a small group of university students during the late-stage cabin-fever of the pandemic. We&rsquo;d spent a large portion of our creative undergrad degrees locked away on our laptops and in our musty apartments. The allure of day drinking and going a few too many days without showering had lost its briefly-held glory. The lockdowns slowly ceased, events in person became a possibility once more, and a small crew of pandemic-hungover experimental creatives set out to bring people together again. Each year, we organize a cabaret show full of theater and musical performers. We volunteer our time to organize, direct, market, choreograph, and perform the show. We sell tickets, raise money for a great cause,have a few drinks on a Sunday evening (because often folks in theatre have Mondays off), and we sing our little hearts out together. This year, we&rsquo;re trying to scale our event to it&rsquo;s biggest, warmest, and most successful yet. It feels imperative to choose a locally operated organization this year. We are raising money for Project Humanity. They believe that the arts are a critical tool to respond to trauma, decrease isolation, and support social emotional wellbeing. We are very excited to support their initiative.&nbsp;
