Join us for a new community workshop exploring homelessness, substance use, stigma and safety &mdash; and the stories and circumstances we don&rsquo;t always see behind what is happening in our communities. No previous knowledge or experience required. Through stories, discussion, reflection and practical learning, we&rsquo;ll explore some of the pathways that can shape homelessness and substance use, look at common assumptions and stigma, and consider the difference between discomfort and danger when we encounter situations in our communities. This session is a community pilot, and participants will have an opportunity to share feedback and help us strengthen the workshop as we prepare to offer it more broadly. Come with your questions, experiences and perspectives. This is a space to learn, reflect and have conversations about issues many of us encounter in our communities.
