Older &amp; Reckless, Moonhorse Dance Theatre&rsquo;s&nbsp;acclaimed series returns! Taking place at The Citadel: Ross Centre for Dance, this year&#39;s production features three dance works created and performed by luminary dance artists.&nbsp;The works, curated by Artistic Director Allison Cummings,&nbsp;seek to redefine destructive assumptions about age and dance ability; and celebrate artists over 45 who continuously take risks, ask pertinent questions and dig deep into nuance.&nbsp; As a special offering,&nbsp;live&nbsp;experimental&nbsp;audio description is offered on Saturday, November 7th at 8PM. Local writers Lindsay Zier-Vogel, Keira Loughran,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Kate Story&nbsp;have worked in consultation with Christine Malec, to create experimental description for&nbsp;each piece in the evening&rsquo;s presentation. Combined with traditional description of what&rsquo;s literally happening on stage, our audio describers will venture into subjective and emotional ways of conveying meaning and feeling, in an attempt to re-create the visuals of what the sighted audience experiences, and the emotional impact of each piece. This work has been made possible by the generous support of The Metcalf Foundation. The performance is approximately 90 minutes long without an intermission and is followed by a reception. A complimentary admission for one support person is Included with each ticket to Older &amp; Reckless - live experimental audio description. Additional requests are addressed on a case by case basis. MORE ABOUT THE SHOWThe program includes two solos by acclaimed dance artists Norma Araiza,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Viv Moore,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Moonhorse Dance Theatre&rsquo;s interdisciplinary exchange residency,&nbsp;Crossing the Streams,&nbsp;returns with a new collaboration by creative forces Yuichiro Inoue&nbsp;(dancer)&nbsp;and Sean Dixon&nbsp;(writer). The program also features a new dance created by Bill Coleman&nbsp;for this year&rsquo;s&nbsp;Older &amp; Reckless Community Performance Project, featuring 26 mature dance enthusiasts divided into two separate casts.
