Join us for an exciting afternoon of Taekwondo at the Multi-Ontario University Scrimmage on November 10, from 1 PM to 6 PM! This event will bring together athletes from the University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University, Waterloo University, and McMaster University for a day filled with skill-building and friendly competition. The scrimmage will feature a variety of components, including:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Warm-Up and Conditioning: Prepare your body for an energetic afternoon of training and sparring.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Poomsae: Showcase your techniques and forms in this essential aspect of Taekwondo.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Sparring: Test your skills against fellow competitors and learn from one another in a supportive environment.</li></ul>This is a fantastic opportunity for students to learn, demonstrate their abilities, and show why their club is the best in Ontario! Important Notes:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Transportation, gear rental, and other logistics are the responsibility of each club. Please reach out to your club for any additional details not mentioned here.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Having uniform (or at least uniform pants) is strongly recommended, but not required</li></ul>We look forward to seeing everyone there and making this a memorable event for all!
