Membership - Surrey resident
$10

Valid until August 3, 2027

A resident elector must be: ƒ

  • 18 years of age or older on general voting day, ƒ
  • a Canadian citizen, ƒ
  • a B.C. resident for at least six months immediately before registering to vote, ƒ
  • a resident of the municipality or electoral area, as determined in accordance with section 67 of the Local Government Act; and ƒ
  • not disqualified from voting in a local election under the Local Government Act or any other enactment, or not otherwise disqualified by law.
Membership - non-Surrey resident
$10

Valid until August 3, 2027

A non-resident property elector must be: ƒ

  • 18 years of age or older on general voting day, ƒ
  • a Canadian citizen, ƒ
  • a B.C. resident for at least six months immediately before registering to vote, ƒ
  • owner of real property in the electoral area for at least 30 days before registering to vote, and ƒ
  • not disqualified from voting in a local election under the Local Government Act or any other enactment, or not otherwise disqualified by law.
