No prior experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and creativity! All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a few special pieces to share or keep. Organized by a collection of non-profits, artists, and other institutions, the Celebration is a two-week series of events to appreciate the bird species of Greater Vancouver. Events are open to all and most are free, with programs including bird-related workshops, walks, talks, exhibitions, and lectures. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in. Terms and Conditions(1) Registration required - NO DROP-INS ARE ALLOWED.  Fees for this program are based on a sliding scale – reduced fees are available for those with financial barriers. (2)  Cancellation policy  - We offer partial refunds for program fees up to 14 days before the program. A 20% administration fee applies. Cancellations with less than the required notice are non-refundable. We do not refund fees for late or missed programs. You may also choose to support our public education programming by donating your registration fee. (3) Weather – Rarely, programs may be postponed or cancelled due extreme weather like high winds or extreme heat.  We will alert you by email if the program needs to be rescheduled.
