Painted by artist Manos Rovithis (1927-1998). He was raised and educated in Paris, France, where he attended the Grande Chaumiere Art School, and in the sixties he continued his education at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. Manos’s work carries the influence of Dufatrel, an impressionistic painter and family friend. The spontaneity and sensuality of his paintings are reminiscent of the work of Van Gogh and Cézanne.
