Important Notice
We would like to address an important issue regarding the biomedical crest, which contains several regrettable errors, including an incorrect order, the wrong gender, and missing accents. The text displayed reads "Genie Biomedicale Mecanique" instead of the correct terms, "Génie biomédical" or "Génie mécanique biomédical."
We acknowledge that this error is inexcusable and highlights the lack of proper procedures in place for purchases within our organization. Following a Report on Typographical Errors in Program Patches submitted at the January 2025 Board of Directors Meeting (link), we are undertaking the creation and implementation of a robust Procurement Policy. This policy will include enhanced verification and approval processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products and services, as well as accountability measures and correction mechanisms, should this occur again.
We extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or discomfort this situation may have caused. Please rest assured that we are taking the necessary steps to address this error and strengthen our practices.

Disclaimer: Typographical Error on Patches
There has been a typographical error in the text displayed on the patches. The text should have read "Génie Mécanique" but was instead printed as "Génie Mechánique" due to a typographical error by the manufacturing company. Unfortunately, this error was not caught during our review of the confirmation request sent by the manufacturer. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and any confusion or inconvenience it may have caused. We are taking steps to prevent such issues in the future and will correct the error for all future batches.
