Zentangle is a meditative art form where users create abstract designs by drawing repetitive patterns, often on small tiles, using a combination of dots, lines, and curves. This method is designed to be relaxing and stress-reducing, encouraging focus and mindfulness through the repetitive motion of drawing.&nbsp; More about our facilitator:&nbsp;Niki Fehr is the Program Director at Wellspring Alberta. She is an inclusive leader committed to community building and evidence-informed programming for people living with cancer. She is also a young adult cancer survivor herself.
