Saturday, October 3 11:00 am to 2:00 pm&nbsp; CLC Assembly Hall Ages 13+ FREE&nbsp; Registration required We are excited to collaborate with the Tk̓eml&uacute;ps te Secw&eacute;pemc Language and Culture Department to offer this programming. Centred on values of Indigenous land stewardship and inspired by the care for the natural world expressed in&nbsp;Laura St. Pierre&rsquo;s: All That You Change Changes You, this workshop offers hands on basket making techniques along with an introduction to the language of this land.&nbsp; Spend a part of your Saturday or Sunday learning the traditional methods of making a k̓&eacute;me te mim̓c (pine needle basket) and try out a few Secwepemcts&iacute;n words. You are welcome stay for half the time or stay the whole time. We are happy to provide a respectful and relaxed learning and socializing space.&nbsp; No previous experience is necessary, all materials are provided.&nbsp;
