This ECO-02 program is designed to help you build important life-skills and provide resources so you can be successful on your post-secondary education path!

Topics will include, but are not limited to:

• Stress and studying
• Kitchen 101
• Managing interpersonal relationships
• Financial stability
• How to navigate a new city

End the program with a free group trip to Quebec City and Montreal!

Participants will be offered an opportunity to visit Québec City & Montreal during March Break 2025 to practice learned skilled and tour St. Lawrence, Dawson, John Abbott, and Vanier College. *In order to qualify for the trip, participants must attend a min of 5 workshops out of 6.

The program will run on Wednesdays from 15H30-18h00 starting on December 4th and will be held at Riverside Regional High School.
