Polyrhythm opens a paradoxical space in which we can move through space at multiple speeds simultaneously, or in multiple directions at once - Dancing in our heads, substituting dream logic for the laws of physics. These drumset improvisations are miniature explorations of the phenomenology of polyrhythm and the accompanying granular emotional states; a search for the limits of my own sense-making affordances; a dialogue between the various voices that populate my internal landscape.
