Restorative conferences are at the heart of what we do at Regional Red Deer Restorative Justice. They create space for those who have been harmed and those who caused harm to come together, speak honestly, and build something meaningful &mdash; an agreement that repairs relationships rather than simply assigning punishment. This full-day training introduces participants to the principles, structure, and skills behind effective restorative conferencing. Whether you are working toward becoming an RJ facilitator or you are a professional who wants to bring restorative approaches into your current role, this training gives you the foundation to do that well. This training is a prerequisite for all Regional Red Deer Restorative Justice facilitators.
