This state-approved course is required for anyone born after January 1, 1986, who plans to operate a motorized vessel over 10 horsepower in Rhode Island.Join us for four live, instructor-led virtual sessions throughout May to learn boating basics, navigation rules, emergency procedures, and Rhode Island-specific laws.
