In recognition of World Suicide Prevention day we are offering a community SafeTALK training Date: Tuesday September 9th  Time:  8:30 am to 12:30 pm Location:  Suite Spots, 1051 2nd Avenue East, Owen Sound - training room (back of the building) Price:  $35 per person Includes: manual, certificate and light refreshments  Thanks in partnership to Woodley Care Services  SafeTALK is a half-day training in suicide alertness.   It helps participants recognize a person with thoughts of suicide and connect them with resources who can help them I choosing to live.   Participants do not need any formal preparation to attend the training.
