This September, Naseeha Mental Health and Safina Wellness are coming together for a Sisters&rsquo; Hike, a morning of movement, nature, and connection at Rouge National Urban Park. We&rsquo;ll walk together, spend time outdoors, connect with other sisters, and make space for a little reflection along the way.
