What to Bring: Comfortable sneakers and clothing, water bottle, walking assist devices if required/desired (i.e. cane, walker, walking poles). What to Expect: We will leave the Chalmers Foundation Cancer Support Community Centre and walk the Knowledge Park Drive trail. &nbsp;Join us for tea and social time after the walk. Cost: All offerings through the Cancer Support Program are free of charges to individuals with lived cancer experiences and their caregivers thanks to the generous donors, supporters, and community partners of the Chalmers Foundation.
