Veuillez prendre connaissance des informations suivantes avant de commander :<ul><li>Pour une demande d'échange, vous devez d'abord transmettre à la section 2 le jonc à remplacer.</li><li>Votre numéro de certificat d'engagement est utile pour attester que vous avez prononcé l'engagement solennel (il s'agit d'un numéro de cinq ou six chiffres, qui est différent du numéro de permis d'ingénieur-e).</li><li>La section 2 ne conserve pas au dossier la taille de votre premier jonc, puisqu'elle peut changer avec le temps : veuillez vous assurer de la taille requise en vous adressant à une bijouterie (il ne devrait pas y avoir de frais).</li><li>Il n'est pas possible de commander pour une autre personne, ni de détenir plusieurs joncs.</li><li>Si vous annulez votre demande, ou si la section 2 ne peut pas donner suite à votre demande sur la base des informations que vous avez soumises, la section 2 vous remboursera dans un délai maximal de 60 jours, en retenant un montant de 11,50 $ (taxes incluses).</li><li>Les demandes sont traitées hebdomadairement.
