Each session offers a blend of guided discussion, mindful rest, and sound healing, allowing emotions to soften and peace to gently return. This is a space to honour your baby, share your story, and feel held in a community that understands. You don&rsquo;t have to walk this path alone &mdash; come as you are. Whether you&rsquo;re in the early days of grief or walking this path years later, you are welcome here &mdash; held in harmony, surrounded by understanding, and supported by sound.
