This is a deposit that will go towards the final cost of your Spa Day.  You will pay the remaining amount at the spa.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes before you appointment to sign in and enjoy extra lounge time!

Spa Deposit

Before our health benefits renew in July, use your remaining funds for an afternoon of relaxation!  At Spa Day, you will be pampered with a 50-minute RMT massage treatment, enjoy snacks and beverages in the lounge, and decompress in the steam room and sauna.  Massage appointments are available on June 17 and 18 at 4pm or 5pm, and the spa closes at 6pm: come at least 30 minutes before your appointment to take full advantage of the amenities. What: 50-minute RMT with lounge time at the spa.  Bring a swimsuit if you'd like to use the steam room and sauna!When: June 17 or 18, 4pm or 5pm (come at least 30 minutes beforehand to sign in and have extra lounge time!)Where: <a href="https://spautopia.ca/pan-pacific-vancouver/" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">Spa Utopia at the Pan Pacific Hotel</a> (999 Canada Pl #1001, Vancouver, BC V6C 3C1)How much: $206 (You will cover this cost and then submit a claim through Manulife. Tips, however, are not covered by your benefits and health spending fund).With $50 paid for by your deposit, only $156 plus tip will remain on the day of the appointment.  Cancellation Policy<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">If you cancel more than 15 days in advance, you would get a 50% refund of the deposit.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">If you cancel between 14 days and 48 hours, no refund on the deposit</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you would be charged for the full service fee ($206)</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Substitutions are allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment (i.e. if you need to cancel but can find someone to take your place, you can avoid losing your deposit!).</li></ul>
