Taming Worry Dragons 8-11yrs

Taming Worry Dragons is a 7 week, small-group program for children ages 8-11yr olds who feel nervous, scared, or “have a tummy full of worries”. Together, we name those Worry Dragons and learn simple ways to calm bodies and minds together. Led by caring facilitators, this program gives kids and caregivers tools they can keep using at home. Our goal is to support children’s emotional growth in a space that feels safe, fun, and welcoming to every family.
