To celebrate the opening of the new permanent exhibition at Manoir Fraser, attendees are invited to a bilingual lecture from Dr John Willis,&nbsp;curator of Economic History at the Canadian Museum of History.&nbsp; Dr Willis&rsquo; lecture will commence at 13h at St Bartholomew&rsquo;s Anglican Church (5 Rue du Domaine, Rivi&egrave;re-du-Loup, QC G5R 2P6) and is titled &lsquo;Gens d&rsquo;ici, gens errants, gens d&#39;ailleurs: Migrants from Notre-Dame-du-Portage, in the belle &eacute;poque (1870s-1920s).&#39; After the lecture, attendees will make their way to the gardens* of the Manoir Fraser at 14h for tea and refreshments.
