Development push camps at the Ice House, Mount Van Hoevenberg. Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, you will learn and have the opportunity to train and refine bobsleigh push techniques, track awareness and performance approaches to technical training.Cost: $50 per weekend, whether you come for one day or both.Bring: workout clothes, running shoes, long pants and long sleeves, a sweatshirt (the Ice House is cold), sprint spikes and bobsleigh spikes if you own them, and a motorcycle helmet.You need a valid passport &mdash; the camps are in New York State.An active OBSA Athlete Membership is required, purchased separately.
